    I Do Sweets Terms and Conditions

Once you have booked my services by using the online form or by telephone a £50 deposit is required to secure your event date. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cheque and I ask for any outstanding payments to be paid no less than four weeks before the event date.

A confirmation email and invoice detailing your event will be sent by myself.

All prices quoted are within a 20 mile radius of my address NN4.

Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your sweet cart booking then it must be done so in writing and I must acknowledge receipt of this.

Please note that the £50 booking deposits are non refundable.

Any sweet cart bookings cancelled within four weeks of the event date will be charged at the full value.

If, for any reason, I am forced to cancel your booking then you will be notified by email and all deposits and payments made will be refunded in full.

HIRE REQUIREMENTS
IDoSweets candy carts are professionally made with a spray painted finished. Drinks are not permitted to be placed on the carts as this can cause staining & water damage.

IDoSweets is fully insured and a copy of my documentation can be provided upon request.

IDoSweets is a 5 star food hygiene rated business with Northamptonshire County Council.

It is the clients responsibility to ensure access for the candy cart to fit in the venue. My sweet carts are fully collapsable so can be transported & easily set up. Please contact me if you wish to know the sweet cart dimensions.

Any damage/breakage/loss to my glassware or decorative items will be charged at the full replacement value & all glass lids should be replaced after use.

Any items I deem unreasonably damaged will be charged at the full replacement value, including my sweet carts.

*What I deem as unreasonable damage is any items that are no longer fit for hire, due to non-repairable damage and permanent marks/stains.

There are to be no tea-lights or candles placed as decoration on the sweet carts.

The sweet cart is not to be moved, lifted or dismantled by anyone else apart from myself due to insurance purposes. A full assessment is carried out by myself upon set up of the sweet cart to ensure it is placed in a suitable/safe position on a level floor.

Please leave all my glassware and sweet scoops on the sweet cart as you found them with all lids replaced at the end of your event. I personally bag up any left over sweets from your event which are yours to keep.

All children under 16 years old are to be supervised at all times allowing the parent / guardians to serve any sweets and I ask that they are to be supervised at all times while consuming any confectionary. Children are to be supervised at all times while around the sweet cart and are not permitted to swing from the handles.

IDoSweets cannot be held responsible for any safety issues which occur from the use of my hire equipment or consumption of confectionary. Some sweets may contain traces of nut or nut oils and may have been stored in contact with nut products. IDoSweets cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies.

All allergen and sweet ingredient information will be made available on the event day and this information will be left with the sweet cart for guests to view.

All set up and collection times of my sweet carts are discussed upon booking to personally suit your event. Please allow one hour to set up.
*I do collect at midnight from wedding venues to allow the professional cleaners to clean ready for the next wedding.

I ask for a £50 breakage/damage/loss deposit that is fully returned at the end of your event by myself providing there has been no breakage/damage/loss to any of my hire items.

All sweets supplied are personally brought fresh myself for each event booking and opened on the venue premises.
